Pascal Dietrich Consulting AG was established in Rolle in 2014. The company is still based at the Lake of Geneva, supplemented by a branch office in Thun, which opened in February 2024.

We support companies in the German- and French-speaking part of Switzerland in filling their key positions. Based on mandates, we focus on the functional areas of IT and sales. As part of managed services contracts (Recruitment-as-a-Service), we provide services that can be geared towards the entire staffing of organizations.
