**Job Description**
- Prepare and update work plans, reports, and program documentation to support project implementation and monitoring.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including agenda planning, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.
- Draft and review administrative documents and communications in line with organizational guidelines.
- Collect, analyze, and present data for reporting and business intelligence purposes.
- Support the development of communication materials and contribute to process improvements.
**The Successful Applicant**
- Minimum 6 years of experience in administrative coordination and program support, ideally in an international setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools and data analysis techniques is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment with discretion and integrity.
