Our client, a globally recognised consumer brand with strong growth ambitions, is expanding its Talent Acquisition capability to support a growth phase. We are recruiting (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner(s) with a specialist focus on Merchandising & Demand Planning, as well as TA Partner(s) focused on Product, Creative & Design roles.


This role sits within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring a recruiter with proven expertise in these functional areas and the ability to partner closely with business leaders across HQ functions. Start: ASAP, min. 6M contract to start with.


**Job Description**
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across:



- Merchandising & Buying
- Demand & Supply Planning

**Or**

- Product Creation / Product Development
- Creative, Brand, Studio & Design teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, role profiles, and market-aligned recruitment strategies.
- Identify, engage and assess talent with niche skillsets in highly competitive candidate markets.
- Build pipelines for recurring specialist positions and map talent across international markets.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience while driving efficient hiring processes.
- Actively contribute to TA process optimisation, including tools, methodologies, and reporting.
- Represent the organisation externally, enhancing brand visibility among creative and planning communities.

**The Successful Applicant**

- 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success recruiting in Merchandising, Demand Planning, Product or Creative/Design spaces.
- Strong ability to understand technical nuances behind planning, forecasting, merchandising and creative workflows.
- At ease with dynamic, fast changing and sometimes unstructured environment
- Proven experience managing stakeholders in matrix environments, balancing speed, quality and clarity.
- Solid sourcing capabilities with experience attracting niche and creative talent profiles.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
