🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Conduct
**market and industry research**
to identify potential private equity investment opportunities.
- Assist with
**financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling**

- Analyze
**company financial statements and performance metrics**

- Support the preparation of
**investment reports, presentations, and investment memos**

- Monitor and track
**portfolio company performance and market trends**

- Maintain and update
**investment databases and research materials**

- Assist the team with
**due diligence processes and deal sourcing activities**

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in
**Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field**

- Strong interest in
**private equity, asset management, and financial markets**
.
- Basic understanding of
**financial statements, valuation methods, and financial modeling**
.
- Proficiency in
**Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

- Internship experience in
