Snapbau is a digital purchasing and procurement management platform used by more than **320 construction companies in Switzerland**, including major players such as **Orllati, CPSA, Scrasa and ARSA**.
Our solution automates and optimises the management of calls for tender and purchasing, enabling construction companies to **save time, reduce errors, and centralise collaboration with suppliers**.
You will join the team responsible for **driving Snapbau’s growth in the Swiss construction sector**, building relationships with clients, and helping companies unlock the full potential of digital procurement and sales.
## Tasks
**Business Development & Client Acquisition**
* Identify, approach, and onboard new construction company clients in Switzerland.
* Develop tailored pitches and solutions demonstrating the value of Snapbau’s platform for each client.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers in construction companies, including project managers, procurement managers, and executives.
**Market Strategy & Insights**
* Understand and map the Swiss construction market, including key players, workflows, and pain points.
* Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and highlight opportunities for new features or services.
* Track competitors and emerging trends in construction procurement and digital tools.
**Deal Execution & Revenue Growth**
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
* Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer success, technical) to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs, contributing to Snapbau’s growth strategy.
**Client Success & Relationship Management**
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from Snapbau.
* Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing issues and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Support the development of long-term partnerships that drive retention and referrals.
## Requirements
* Proven experience **in the construction industry** (mandatory).
* Strong network and understanding of Swiss construction companies and procurement workflows.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value for clients.
* Fluent in **German, proficient in English** (fluency in Swiss German is a plus).
* Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
