**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive
**Technical Marketing & Community Specialist**
to join RGB Protocol Association and work closely with the COO.

This role requires a strong understanding of Bitcoin and Layer 2 technologies, combined with the ability to create high-quality technical content, actively support community growth, and represent RGB at conferences and industry events.

The ideal candidate bridges technical depth with ecosystem engagement and clear, effective communication.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Technical Marketing & Content**

- Create high-quality technical content, including deep-dive articles, guides, protocol explanations, and educational materials.
- Produce non-technical content to support awareness and positioning.
- Develop and manage visual and multimedia content (graphics, videos, short-form video).
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
- Support go-to-market initiatives and ecosystem positioning strategies.

**Community & Ecosystem Development**

- Support and help manage RGB communities across Telegram, Discord, and social media.
- Engage directly with developers, builders, and ecosystem participants.
- Organize and assist with community calls, webinars, and online events.
- Represent RGB at conferences and industry gatherings.
- Build relationships with potential partners and contributors.
- Contribute to ecosystem growth by identifying collaboration opportunities and increasing protocol awareness.

**COO Support & Operations**

- Work closely with the COO on ecosystem growth initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating partnerships and strategic activities.
- Provide operational support for marketing and community initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

- Solid understanding of Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, and Layer 2 technologies.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts.
- Proven experience in technical content creation.
- Experience engaging and supporting online communities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with graphic design and video creation tools.
- Comfortable speaking publicly and representing a technical project.

**WORK CONDITIONS & COMPENSATION**

- Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
- Occasional travel for conferences and events.
- Full-time or part-time contract with a one-month trial period.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to deliverables and KPIs.
- Compensation payable in USDT or Bitcoin.
