**About Our Client**
Our client is an international company.

**Job Description**
**The Successful Applicant**

- Insurance Program Administration
- Administer group insurance plans (e.g., medical, life, accident ...) across eligible populations, ensuring accurate enrollment, terminations, changes, and timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with brokers/insurers on policy renewals, census submissions, claims escalations, and underwriting requirements.
- Manage complex cases (e.g., leaves, expatriates, cross‑border workers, local specificities) and ensure the right coverage levels and documentation.
- Prepare employee communications (plan summaries, FAQs, renewal changes) and support employee queries with SLA‑driven responses.
- Benefits Vendor Management
- Act as day‑to‑day single point of contact for benefits providers (insurance, pension/3rd pillar if applicable, EAP, wellbeing).
- Run vendor performance reviews: SLAs, service tickets, accuracy, turnaround, and member experience; drive corrective actions.
- Lead procurement‑aligned activities: data privacy addendums, contract terms, renewals, and fee benchmarking; raise POs and reconcile invoices.
- Support RFP/RFQ processes when needed; maintain an up‑to‑date vendor governance tracker.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity across HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), benefits portals, and payroll interfaces; execute regular reconciliations (eligibility, premiums, deductions).
- Build and automate audits and controls (missing data, duplicates, effective dates, retro changes).
- Produce monthly and ad‑hoc dashboards: participation rates, premium trends, claims/utilization (as available), and compliance status.
- Ensure GDPR/Swiss data protection alignment: access controls, secure data transfers, retention practices.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure benefits practices comply with Swiss regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and employee communications; prepare materials for internal/external audits.
- Support risk management by tracking exceptions, documenting controls, and implementing remediation plans.
- Payroll Interface & Finance Partnership
- Validate monthly benefits deductions and employer contributions, including retro adjustments and off‑cycle corrections.
- Reconcile invoices vs. payroll deductions vs. provider files; resolve variances promptly.
- Partner with Finance on accruals and forecast impacts of renewals or plan changes.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to renewal cycles, open enrollment, and process digitization.
- Map and streamline end‑to‑end processes (joiners/movers/leavers) and standardize SOPs.
- Support change management: draft guides, run trainings for HR/Shared Services, and elevate employee experience.

**Qualifications**

- 3-5+ years in Compensation & Benefits (with proven focus on insurance and vendor management) ideally in FMCG or fast‑paced, multi‑site environments.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss benefits/insurance landscape; exposure to cross‑border/expat scenarios is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and payroll integrations.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, pivots); comfortable with data audits and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with GDPR/Swiss data protection and basic contract/SLA concepts.

Skills & Competencies

- Detail‑oriented with a strong control mindset; high standards for data quality.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills; able to challenge and improve service performance.
- Stakeholder management across HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external partners.
