**The role**
We’re looking for a
**Content & Organic Channels Manager**
to own and develop Dagsmejan’s organic storytelling and email content.
This is a
**hands-on role**
at the intersection of brand, content and execution. You will plan, write and publish content yourself — this is not a strategy-only or agency-coordination role.
**What you’ll do**
**Organic content & community (main focus)**
- Own organic content planning and publishing across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Pinterest
- TikTok
- Develop content themes around:
- Sleep & wellbeing
- Swiss innovation & science
- Product education
- Founder & brand storytelling
- Write strong captions and hooks
- Ensure visual and tonal consistency across platforms
- Engage with the community (comments & DMs)
**Email content creation (important, limited scope)**
- Create content (copy + basic layouts) for:
- 5–6 campaign emails per month
- Content updates within existing flows
- Build emails directly in Klaviyo (content & structure)
- Collaborate with designers on GIFs and more complex visuals
- Ensure content consistency across:
- English
- German
- French
- Coordinate translations and review tone and accuracy

**Collaboration & repurposing**
- Repurpose email storytelling into organic formats
- Work closely with founders, design, e-commerce and performance teams
- Contribute ideas for launches, campaigns and seasonal moments
**What we’re looking for**
**Must-have**
- 3–6 years experience in content, organic social or brand marketing
- Excellent written English (you will write emails and captions yourself)
- Experience creating
**email content**
for consumer brands
- Hands-on publishing experience (not agency-only)
- Confident with Canva or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working independently and remotely (if a remote position)
- Experience with consumer brands
**Nice-to-have**
- German writing skills
- Experience coordinating French translations
- Pinterest content or SEO experience
- DTC / wellness / lifestyle brand background
**Location**
- **Zurich:**
hybrid, 3 days per week in the office OR
- **Remote (Europe / UK):**
1 full onboarding week in Zurich, 1 week per quarter on-site in Zurich, Additional visits for key moments (campaigns, shoots, team weeks)
