**Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning**
- Lead the
*creative strategy*
for paid social and e-commerce campaigns aligned with growth goals.
- Develop frameworks for testing new campaign ideas, hooks, and angles that drive click-through, conversion, and repeat purchases.
**Trend & Market Research**
- Monitor cultural and platform trends to inform best-in-category creative approaches.
- Conduct competitor and consumer behavior insights to guide creative messaging.
**Creative Briefs & Production**
- Write sharp, data-led creative briefs, shot lists, scripts, and UGC direction for editors and creators.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, editors, and external creators to bring concepts to life.
**Performance Analysis & Optimization**
- Review creative performance data weekly (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and iterate quickly.
- Translate learnings into
*practical creative playbooks*
and test hypotheses.
**Cross-Functional Communication**
- Present creative strategy and testing plans to leadership.
- Sync with Paid Social, Growth, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.
