**CRM Business Analyst – Veeva Vault (M/F/D)**

Tasks
:

- Support end users and provide clear, actionable guidance on Veeva Vault CRM and related tools
- Collect, document, and prioritize system enhancements and improvement ideas
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities across countries
- Communicate production changes effectively to the business and ensure adoption
- Ensure all activities comply with pharma regulatory standards

Qualification:

- **Extensive experience in a commercial pharma environment**
– critical for success
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with
**Veeva Vault technologies**
(CRM and Vault modules)
- Strong
**analytical mindset**
with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
- Excellent
**communication and interpersonal skills**
- Fluent in
**English**
(mandatory), German, French, or Italian is a plus
- Comfortable working
**100% remotely**
, with occasional onsite presence in Switzerland
