**Role Description**

We are looking for a
**Customer Experience Manager**
to own and continuously improve the
**end-to-end customer experience**
for our global, AI-enabled leadership platform.

This is a
**hands-on, customer-facing role**
with responsibility spanning onboarding, service delivery, ongoing customer engagement, and experience quality. You will act as the primary CX owner, ensuring customers experience clarity, confidence, and consistency throughout their lifecycle with GloCoach.

**Location & setup**

- **Europe-based, remote (CET/preferred)**
- Open to full-time or part-time
- Occasional travel to Zurich, Switzerland

**What you will do**

- Own the end-to-end customer experience, from post-sales onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Lead customer onboarding as a core CX pillar, ensuring a strong and professional start
- Serve as the main customer experience and service contact
- Coordinate across Consulting, Product/IT, and Marketing to ensure consistent delivery
- Monitor customer feedback and service signals to identify experience gaps
- Help define, document, and scale CX standards and service processes as the company grows

**Qualifications**

- Proficient in Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction strategies to drive exceptional value for clients.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to resolve issues effectively and foster positive relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to coordinate with both customers and internal teams.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to track customer data, monitor trends, and generate actionable insights for improvements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Experience in similar customer-focused roles, preferably in leadership development or enterprise solutions, is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English, German, or French is a strong advantage;
additional language skills are a strong asset in this global role.
