We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive
**Customer Support Specialist**
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across our products and services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via

✅ Requirements

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
**Business, Communications, or a related field**

- Previous experience in
**customer support, customer service, or client-facing roles**
is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with
**customer support software or CRM systems**
is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
