**Role Overview**
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping Maxdrib’s online presence and performance across multiple channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Oversee content strategy to ensure alignment with brand and audience
- Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
