**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Directeur/Directrice de crèche, located in the Geneva Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the crèche, coordinating educational activities, and supervising a team of childcare professionals. The role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of children, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with families. Additionally, the Directeur/Directrice will develop and implement programs supporting early childhood development while managing customer service and communication efforts.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in Childcare and Early Childhood Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and staff
- Knowledge and experience in Education and implementing curriculum plans
- Customer Service skills to address the needs of parents and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee day-to-day operations and manage teams
- Relevant certification or degree in Early Childhood Education, Childcare Management, or a related field
- Experience in a managerial role within the childcare or education sector is a plus
