**Job Description**
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor and manage emails, calls, and other communications effectively.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
**The Successful Applicant**
**A Successful EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Should Have**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
