**Looking for an Export Assistant – Join Our Dynamic Team in Karkkila!**
Do you enjoy working in an international environment and making sure everything runs smoothly? We are looking for an **Export Assistant** to join our team in Karkkila!
In this role, you’ll be the link between customers, sales, delivery, and logistics. You’ll handle inquiries, prepare export documentation, and ensure shipments leave on time. And don’t worry—you’ll have the support of a skilled customer service and logistics team behind you!
**Your main responsibilities:**
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, delivery, and logistics
- Handle inquiries from your designated market areas
- Prepare export documentation
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipments
**What we’re looking for:**
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented approach—even under pressure
- Fluent Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)
- Proactive and hands-on attitude
- Ability to learn and use IT tools (ERP, O365)
