Our ambition is to create the infrastructure layer for legal intelligence, the foundation on which legal professionals will search, reason, draft and manage knowledge.

**Job Description**
: We are looking for a highly motivated Founder Associate (remote - open to international profiles) to work directly with the CEO in a fast-growing startup environment.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic and sometimes chaotic environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and execution where it is needed most.

You will work closely with the founder across a wide variety of topics, from operational support and coordination to special projects that currently have no clear owner.

In the early stage, the role will involve a significant amount of operational and administrative support, ensuring that the CEO can stay focused on the highest-impact priorities. Over time, the scope of the role will expand depending on the needs of the company and your strengths (Chief of Staff position can be considered).

This is a unique opportunity to be close to the decision-making process and the day-to-day building of a startup, while contributing directly to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Track the CEO’s priorities and ensure key tasks and commitments are followed through and completed
- Prepare materials, documents, and coordination for meetings
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks when needed
- Bring structure to internal processes, tools, and documentation
- Coordinate communication and execution across teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc.)
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to internal processes
- Lead or support cross-functional projects related to product development, operations, or business strategy
- Support recruiting processes and coordination
- Help drive forward initiatives or topics that currently have no clear owner
- Actively engage with clients and partners, representing the company with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Participate in developing the company's strategy and growth initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and investor updates

- You are organized, know how to prioritize and focus on what’s most important.
- You are highly motivated, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset - at ease in a startup environment.
