I OFTEN FLY is a merchandise brand dedicated to civil aviation enthusiasts. After an initial phase of concept validation, we are now looking for a Co-Founder to seriously roll out and scale the project.

I OFTEN FLY currently operates as an e-commerce brand. In line with our long-term vision, it is designed to evolve into a global airport retail concept with physical stores located in airports worldwide.

The brand will offer a core range of evergreen products, available both online and in-store, complemented by exclusive, airport-specific limited editions.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to actively drive the project forward (operations,marketing, partnerships, or business development)
- Passion for aviation and niche communities is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment

Compensation:

- No fixed salary at this stage
- Compensation will be revenue-based, with equity and profit-sharing discussed transparently
