Salary & Bonuses
- Base salary: 1100€ paid over 14 months (Portugal standard: 12 months + holiday + Christmas)
- Complexity bonus: 75€ per month for 12 months
- Performance bonus: N/A
- Welcome bonus:
- Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 each month)
- Conditional:
- Must have <6% unjustified absenteeism the previous month
- Not guaranteed salary (important — HR usually stresses this)
**Retention bonus:**
- None from December onwards for Search Engine & Website Solutions projects
