**What You'll Do**
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging in German and English
- Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
- Handle payment issues, refunds, and account inquiries
- Support partners with extranet account questions and review management
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customer requests
- Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
**What We're Looking For**
- German C1 level (or higher)
- English B2 level or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good PC skills and ability to work across multiple systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving ability
*Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or contact centers is a plus but not mandatory.*
