**Role Description**
In the beginning this is designed as a part time role purely on a revenue sharing basis, shifting to full time once the various revenue streams have been scaled up to support a full time compensation. If you can't sell to large organization or executive clients, or build a robust sales team, this isn't the right opportunity.
The selected individual will lead the strategic vision, manage operations, and drive the organization's growth. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales and marketing team, planning, and organizational operations, building partnerships, supporting retreat and summit initiatives, and expanding the global coalition of ICC-certified coaches and facilitators. Regular collaboration with a global team will be an essential aspect of this role.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Finance and Business Planning to oversee budgets and financial strategies.
- Expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to foster organizational efficiency and scalability.
- Strong Sales skills and the ability to develop and maintain meaningful partnerships.
- Leadership experience with a focus on cross-functional team collaboration and global project delivery.
- Demonstrated commitment to values-driven initiatives and impact-focused work.
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or facilitation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
