With a clear commitment to operational excellence, digitalisation and sustainable growth, the organisation is strengthening its Group Finance function and creating a key leadership role within FP&A.


**Job Description**

- Lead the Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and target‑setting processes
- Deliver monthly performance reporting for Group Management and the Board, including clear financial storytelling and insight generation
- Manage full P&L ownership and ensure transparency of key performance drivers
- Control functional costs across R&D, IT, Sales, HR, Finance and other central functions
- Own CO‑PA value flows, profitability allocation and margin analysis
- Lead costing, pricing governance and commercial finance frameworks
- Monitor delivery of key operational and transformation projects
- Own Group Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure alignment across entities
- Lead Enterprise Risk Management and Board‑level risk reporting
- Drive the development of digital dashboards and FP&A reporting tools (SAC, Power BI)

**The Successful Applicant**

- University degree in Finance, Business or related field; CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA is a strong advantage
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling or commercial finance roles
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management and partnering with senior leadership
- Strong forecasting, modelling and analytical capabilities
- Solid experience with SAP, CO‑PA, SAC, ThinkCell and modern analytics tools
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Strong business partnering and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and executive storytelling abilities
- High level of collaboration and cross‑functional leadership
- Ability to drive a performance culture and provide strategic insight
- Proactive, structured and able to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment
