We are looking for a senior hospitality leader with a strong culinary background and proven experience managing operations, teams, and financial performance. This role is suited for someone who combines hands-on operational credibility with strategic oversight, and who is comfortable taking full ownership of a hospitality unit’s performance, people, and client experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall operational and financial management of a hospitality business unit
- Manage, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team (kitchen and operations)
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure smooth operational execution
- Translate client expectations into actionable operational and commercial plans
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Contribute to the planning and execution of high-quality events and services
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, quality, safety, and HACCP standards
- Support and implement sustainability and long-term development initiatives
- Actively promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with internal support functions to ensure alignment and efficiency
**Requirements**
- Formal culinary training with solid professional experience in a comparable leadership role
- Strong operational background in hospitality, catering, or food service environments
- Proven people management skills with the ability to lead through influence and example
- High level of organizational and planning capability, even under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across all levels
- Comfortable handling complex situations with diplomacy, empathy, and decisiveness
- Good working knowledge of standard IT tools and digital systems
- Fluent in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus
