We are looking for a Head Warehouse & Logistics
to join our client's team (pharmaceutical industry) as a consultant (6 months).

**Your Responsabilities**

You are accountable for end-to-end site logistics operations in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, leading and developing a small team, ensuring Swissmedic compliance, driving process improvements and SAP EWM readiness, and supporting customer and Health Authority audits.

***Your duties include :***

- Acts as Business Project Lead for the local SAP EWM implementation, ensuring alignment with site operations.
- Represents the warehouse and logistics function during regulatory inspections and audits.
- Oversees all warehousing and material management activities, including receiving, storage, handling, issuing, material allocation to manufacturing, system transactions and scrapping.
- Drives continuous optimization of warehouse and logistics processes to ensure compliant storage, transportation and distribution, with a strong focus on efficiency and cost control.
- Ensures effective communication and coordination between site management, key stakeholders and Global Engineering / CAPEX teams.
- Represents Operations in investment and growth projects, contributing operational and maintenance expertise during design, leading operational handover after qualification, driving Swissmedic readiness, and ensuring completion of risk assessments (SHE, GMP), SOPs and staff training.
- Supports the Site Supply Chain Head in defining, prioritizing and delivering site and DPS objectives.

**About You**

- Mini 6 years of experience
- GxP / Pharma background in a manufacturing site
- GMP and regulatory background, with hands-on experience supporting or leading Health Authority inspections (e.g. Swissmedic).
- Leadership skills for small teams (direct reports only)
- SAP knowledge
- 4-5 days per week on site

**For this position Fluency in English (for documents, QA compliance, etc) and German (for operators) are required.**
