**Job Description**
- Review and map current HR workflows to identify redundancies and bottlenecks
- Propose and implement streamlined processes, templates, and SOPs
- Support operational HR actions (contracts, extensions, separations) and ensure timely execution
- Prepare and clean HR data for reporting and digital transformation projects
- Contribute to talent development strategies and roadmap tracking
- Assist with AI readiness initiatives, including testing and optimizing HR tech tools
- Provide general support for HR consultations and workforce planning
**The Successful Applicant**
- Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in HR or business process improvement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with HR technologies and AI tools
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is an asset
