- Ensure compliance with

- Lead

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
**Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**

- 5+ years of experience in
**human resources management or HR leadership roles**
.
- Strong knowledge of
**HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management**
.
- Understanding of
**labor laws, compliance, and HR policies**
.
- Excellent
**communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills**

- Strong
**organizational and problem-solving abilities**

- Ability to manage
**confidential information professionally**

- HR certifications such as
**SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar**
are a plus.
