**Role Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems including boilers.
- Perform plumbing installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.
- Fault finding & repair on plumbing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
- Provide detailed reports on works carried out.
- Communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.
- Coordinate subcontractors when required.
- Fault finding and repair of gas boilers as per I.S:813.
- Service and annual safety check of domestic gas boilers as per I.S:813.
- Replacement of domestic gas boilers as per I.S:813.
- Good knowledge of current RGI regulations
**Qualifications**
- Fully qualified plumber and RGI registered
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Experience with welding is a plus
- Valid driver's license
**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience
- Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert
- Must be RGI registered
- Experienced in general plumbing maintenance
- Experienced in boiler maintenance, repairs and installation
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload
