We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our systems running efficiently and resolving technical challenges, both in-office and remotely. If you're passionate about IT and have a knack for problem-solving, we’d love to meet you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective IT support to end-users, both in-person and remotely.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.

Set up and configure computers, network devices, and other IT equipment for new employees or office locations.

Assist with network management, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and securely.

Maintain and update software, ensuring compliance with security standards and software licenses.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for internal systems and applications.

Support the deployment of IT projects, including upgrades and installations.

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge-sharing within the IT team.

Provide training and support on new tools or systems to staff members as needed.

✅ Requirements

Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software (Windows, macOS, networking basics).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Experience with ticketing systems or helpdesk software (preferred but not required).

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A customer-centric attitude and eagerness to provide excellent support.

Experience in IT support or a related field (preferred but not required).

IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
