**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Avaloq Consultant located in the Lugano Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Junior Avaloq Consultant will engage in various activities including implementing and configuring Avaloq solutions, supporting clients in system optimization, and resolving user issues. Responsibilities also include performing business requirement analysis, preparing documentation, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in programming, scripting, and business analysis
- Strong understanding of financial services and banking processes
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues effectively
- Fluent in English; additional languages, such as Italian, French or German, are advantageous
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
