**Job Description**
**Key responsabilities:**
- Lead multi-jurisdictional financing transactions from term sheet through execution.
- Negotiate and draft high-value financing agreements: loan facilities, security packages, tax leases, and hedging instruments.
- Oversee shipbuilding, supervision, and vessel delivery documentation.
- Advise on vessel sale & purchase (MOAs, delivery conditions, documentation).
- Act as senior legal counterpart to commercial, technical, and financial leadership teams.
- Manage external counsel, banks, ECAs, and shipyard negotiations.
- Enhance internal governance: compliance monitoring, documentation control, and operational processes
**The Successful Applicant**
**Profile & Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years PQE in asset, ship, project, or structured finance.
- Demonstrated capability in negotiating complex cross-border financing structures.
- Legal qualification required; UK qualification strongly preferred
- Outstanding drafting ability and mastery of English; French considered an advantage.
- Strong executive presence, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Geneva; EU or Swiss citizenship preferred
