**What you will do:**

- Immerse yourself in real factories and machines to understand production lines, signal drift, and physical system failures.
- Design and ship robust models for predicting machine failures, detecting anomalies, and optimizing industrial systems in production.
- Engineer real-time data pipelines and inference systems, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and explainability on the factory floor.

**The ideal candidate:**

- Possesses a strong quantitative background with an MSc (or equivalent) from a top-tier university.
- Is exceptional with time series, noisy signals, high-dimensional systems, and proficient in Python, data engineering, and ML/statistical modeling.
- Has proven experience solving hard problems on elite engineering teams and is comfortable with real systems and consequences.
