**Paralegal and Assistant External Asset Manager**

## Aufgaben

Daily support for EAM advisors in all ongoing administrative and commercial activities, including monitoring administrative matters (e.g., managing dates and times) / Preparation of client meetings and organization of events / Contact person for EAM and their clients on organizational issues such as correspondence, scheduling, and communication / Processing of transactions such as payments, stock market transactions (stocks, bonds, derivatives, funds, and cash) / Monitoring credit lines and investment maturities / Assisting with onboarding, opening and closing accounts, and changing static customer data, as well as regularly checking customer files for completeness and accuracy (ongoing due diligence) / Support with opening and closing accounts and regularly checking customer files for completeness and up-to-date customer data / Support with retrocessions and associated commissions / Support with compliance with external guidelines and compliance regulations such as VSB 20, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, MiFID / Ad hoc projects arising from the situation.

## Qualifikation

Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Banking & Finance or further education in Legal Assistance/Paralegal / Professional experience in private banking as an assistant relationship manager or assistant EAM / Analytical skills, quick thinking, and strong teamwork and communication skills / Customer-oriented personality with the ability to weigh problems, manage time effectively, and set priorities / Interest in building long-term customer relationships / Organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills / High quality and service orientation / Residence in Switzerland required / French and English language skills.
