We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, hospitality-driven team member to join our growing orthodontic practice.
As the first voice many patients hear, you’ll play a key role in delivering a 5-star experience while keeping our schedule full and flowing smoothly.
**Daily Responsibilities Include**
- Answering incoming calls (first on phones during your shift)
- Fielding a goal of 40+ calls per day
- Checking and returning voicemails
- Scheduling new patient exams and follow-up appointments
- Rescheduling and managing schedule efficiency
- Taking payments over the phone
- Following up on referrals and pending appointments
- Monitoring and utilizing the Sooner List
- Triaging calls to support clinical flow
- Updating patient information and documenting thoroughly
- Communicating closely with the clinical and front desk teams
This role requires organization, urgency, and a true passion for helping families.
**Requirements**
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems
- Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!)
- A team player with a positive attitude and patient-first mindset
