Whether you are starting your product career or already leading product initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping digital products that deliver real value to our customers in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 Junior Product Owner
- Support product roadmap planning and backlog management.
- Gather and document business and user requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver features.
- Assist in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
🔹 Product Owner (Manager Level)
- Own and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Prioritize backlog based on business impact and customer value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, and business teams.
- Define KPIs and measure product success.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to product best practices.
✅ RequirementsFor Junior Level
- 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles/internships.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
For Manager Level
- 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
For Both
- Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus.
- Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup.
