**We’re looking for passionate and product-minded Product Owners**
at both Junior and Manager levels to help define, prioritize, and deliver impactful digital products. These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with engineering and stakeholders, translating business needs into clear product requirements, and driving product value in a remote-first environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Communicate product progress, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level)

- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Lead and mentor junior product owners
- Drive cross-team alignment and strategic product decisions
- Own senior-level stakeholder management

**Requirements**

Experience Level

- **Junior Product Owner:**
0–2+ years of experience in product, business analysis, or related roles
- **Product Owner / Manager:**
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

General Requirements

- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
- Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time
