**We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Project Data Analyst**
to support data-driven decision-making across our projects and product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, transforming data into actionable insights, and improving performance through structured analysis in a remote-first environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze project and operational data
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve project outcomes
- Collaborate with project managers, product teams, and stakeholders to define reporting needs
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Support forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
- Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical frameworks

**Requirements**
Experience Level
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or project analytics
- Experience working in project-based or product-focused environments is a plus
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.)
- Understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
General Requirements
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
- Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time
