**Job Description:**

Requirements Engineer,

Document Management systems (DMS),

Fluent German

• Experience in requirements engineering in the insurance sector, focusing on document management.

• Knowledge of insurance products and processes, especially regarding document flows and management

• Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), ideally with certification and experience with tools like Confluence and Jira.

• Experience in implementing input processes in an established input management software solution, preferably DocProStar.

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation for modeling document processes.

• Experience in implementing modern software architectures with a central service layer.

• Specific knowledge of
**document management systems (DMS)**
and their integration into existing IT landscapes

• Open, committed, and solution-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.

• Fluent German.

• Good English skills.
