**Role Description**
This role is for a Research Assistant who supports research initiatives by contributing to data collection, organization, analysis, and documentation activities. In this position, you will work closely with researchers, analysts, or project leads to help ensure research projects are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with defined objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
Key responsibilities include gathering information from primary and secondary sources such as academic journals, industry reports, databases, surveys, interviews, and digital resources. You will assist in reviewing literature, extracting relevant insights, and organizing research materials in a structured and accessible manner.
You will support both qualitative and quantitative research tasks, including preparing datasets, summarizing findings, and assisting with analysis under guidance. Maintaining detailed records of sources, methodologies, and data inputs is essential to ensure transparency, traceability, and research integrity.
You may also assist with drafting research reports, presentations, and documentation that communicate findings clearly and professionally. Supporting data visualization, citation management, and formatting tasks may be part of your responsibilities.
This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow research protocols. You will collaborate with team members, manage multiple research tasks, and contribute to evidence-based insights that support academic studies, business strategies, or policy development.
