**About the role**

Helvetic Payroll is supporting one of its clients in the luxury/retail sector in the search for a Retail Performance External Consultant to reinforce its Retail Performance Insight team.

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex business data into clear, actionable insights, by designing and delivering high-quality Looker dashboards used by business stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making.

You will act as a bridge between business users, data engineers and analytics teams, ensuring reporting solutions are relevant, accurate and impactful.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Gather and clarify business requirements, KPIs and reporting needs with stakeholders
- Design mock-ups and dashboard prototypes to align expectations prior to development
- Develop business-oriented Looker Explores, Looks and Dashboards
- Validate data accuracy and consistency in collaboration with data engineers and business users
- Present dashboards and insights to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Perform functional testing to ensure performance, accuracy and usability
- Coordinate deployments of new Looker content with minimal disruption
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses when required
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers on data readiness and modeling

**Your Profile**

- Proven experience delivering dashboards and reports using Looker
- Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and UX principles
- Solid SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, autonomous and solution-oriented
- Experience in retail and/or luxury environments is a strong plus
