Regional Sales Manager | Remote - Switzerland or Austria
We're working with Cepheid on this exciting opportunity. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in Austria and Switzerland within the diagnostics sector. You'll lead a dedicated sales team and contribute to improving healthcare through innovative solutions.
The Role
• Partner with the General Manager to plan and execute sales activities, achieving and exceeding targets.
• Maintain margins, profitability, pricing, and system productivity according to company guidelines.
• Drive business development through regional events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Promote menu utilization, expand offerings in existing accounts, and increase market penetration in new segments.
• Implement and sustain tactical plans using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools.
• Lead and coach team members on effective use of sales tools and strategies, designing territory plans and monitoring progress.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• Proven people management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive results through a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "hands-on" leadership approach.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies, convey expectations, and present performance.
• Ability to confidently present strategies, projects, sales data, and performance to senior management.
• Fluency in both German and English is required; French is desirable.
