**The Role:**

- **Market Expansion:**
Responsible for the international development of light stabilizers, UV absorbers, antioxidants, and nucleating agents.
- **Strategic Growth:**
Identify new business opportunities and manage key international accounts to achieve sales targets.
- **Technical Advocacy:**
Provide professional technical support on product applications and collaborate with technical teams to solve customer pain points.
- **Brand Promotion:**
Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events to build professional networks.

**Who We Are Looking For:**

- **Education:**
A Master’s degree in Polymer Science is preferred; degrees in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering are also acceptable.
- **Background:**
Deep knowledge of polymerization processes for synthetic resins/rubbers and additive mechanisms.
- **Experience:**
Proven track record in international industrial sales, particularly in polyolefins, engineering plastics, or plastic modification.
- **Mindset:**
A self-starter with fluent English skills who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
