**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Compliance Officer based in Geneva, Switzerland. Responsibilities include managing regulatory compliance and governance, conducting risk assessments, creating and implementing compliance policies, performing due diligence reviews, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The role also involves overseeing internal compliance audits, assisting with financial compliance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal and industry standards.


**Qualifications**


- Strong knowledge of Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance practices
- Proven Analytical Skills and ability to conduct risk assessments
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and authorities
- Solid understanding of Finance as it relates to compliance and regulatory contexts
- Experience in Swiss regulatory frameworks and financial compliance is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Compliance, Law, Finance, or related fields
- Proficiency in multiple languages (French and English are required; German, Italian, or Russian are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team
