**Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities**

- Overall responsibility for the Building Services execution in complex projects
- Leadership of subcontractors, specialist planners, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliant implementation according to applicable standards and GMP requirements
- Schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
- Leading variation order and claim negotiations
- Regular reporting to the project management and construction management teams

**Show Your Expertise**

- Completed technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction Management
- Strong technical expertise in relevant Building Services disciplines (industrial / building technology)
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/Biotech) is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Excellent German and English language skills
