**How you make a difference**
- As a digital employee experience expert, you continuously analyse the digital user experience and develop improvements based on data and feedback.
- Together with internal specialists, you identify critical points in everyday digital work and develop suitable services and solutions.
- In close cooperation with IT, HR and other units, you ensure that digital solutions are integrated smoothly and provide sound recommendations for action.
- You shape the digital employee journey from onboarding to offboarding in a user-centric and data-driven way by analysing touchpoints and eliminating pain points.
- To gain a better understanding of target groups, you develop personas based on qualitative and quantitative analyses and keep them up to date.
- You simplify communication with different user groups and support them with targeted training and information services.
**What you have to offer**
- You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in digital transformation, requirements engineering and project management.
- You have already successfully taken on advisory roles in projects and know how to work and communicate within major corporations across different levels, departments and companies.
- Your experience allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility and contribute to the digital employee experience.
- You are familiar with agile working methods, work in a methodical and data-driven manner, recognize complex relationships and find creative solutions.
- Your expertise in quantitative and qualitative user research and in usability enables you to develop precise, data-driven and relevant personas and journeys.
- You have a good written and spoken command of German and good proficiency in English. Each additional national language is a plus.
