We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen a Real Estate Steering and Development
function. This role combines end-to-end management of complex real estate development projects
with strong Swiss real estate legal expertise. You will act as a cross-functional reference, ensuring legal
security, regulatory compliance, budget control, schedule adherence, and overall project
governance, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and coordinate real estate development (promotion) projects from planning through
delivery
● Identify, analyze, and secure the legal aspects of projects, including:
○ Swiss real estate and land law
○ Lease law
○ Contracts and agreements (mandates, contractors, architects, partners)
○ Administrative permits and authorizations
● Advise senior stakeholders and operational teams on legal and regulatory risks, proposing
mitigation measures
● Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, conventions, and project documentation
● Monitor and manage procedures, timelines, budgets, and legal requirements throughout the
project lifecycle
● Serve as the primary interface with public authorities, lawyers, notaries, banks, and other
external stakeholders
● Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and support real estate legal
monitoring (legal watch)
Required Qualifications & Experience
● Higher education in Swiss law (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), ideally complemented by real
estate training or experience
● 8–10+ years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector
● Excellent command of Geneva and Swiss real estate law
● Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
● Strong analytical skills, rigor, prioritization, and excellent legal writing abilities
● Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation mindset, and a trusted advisory posture
● Fluent French (written and spoken) is required
Preferred / Nice to Have
● Experience within a Geneva-based real estate management context (and/or later experience in
the Canton of Vaud)
● Good knowledge of English or German

● Local travel required within the Canton of Geneva (Switzerland)
