We are supporting a national-level innovation platform as part of a large-scale strategic talent programme focused on strengthening industrial capabilities across:
- Advanced precision metal manufacturing for high-end electronics and smart mobility systems
- Intelligent production systems and digital factory architecture
- Large-scale bridge steel structures and heavy structural engineering
- Automated fabrication, welding systems, and industrial-scale process optimisation
- Industrial internet integration within complex manufacturing environments
This initiative is designed to connect globally trained technical leaders with strategically important industrial ecosystems undergoing structural upgrade and intelligent transformation.
**Candidate Criteria (Strict)**
We are seeking individuals who meet all of the following:
- PhD from a QS Top 100 university
- Graduated in 2022 or earlier
- Currently:
- Conducting research at a QS Top 200 university, or
- Holding a technical/research role within a Fortune Global 500 company
This programme is particularly relevant for senior researchers, principal engineers, and technical leaders whose work bridges:
- Precision machining & structural systems
- Materials and advanced manufacturing technologies
- Industrial automation & digitalisation
- Large-scale infrastructure and heavy fabrication systems
