**What You Will Do**
- You will spend your first placement in the Strategy, Future Business & Terravis department within the banking services business unit.
- In this team you will work on one or two projects of strategic relevance for the business unit, and become a member of the team handling the day-to-day strategy work such as the annual SIX Group strategy process
- You choose the remaining three rotations yourself: whether in the stock exchange, banking services, securities services, or financial information, as long as they are within the scope of your specialization.
- You will enhance your profile in strategic project management at SIX through on- and off-the-job training.
- You will receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging their experience to support your learning and development.
**What You Bring**
- Completed or soon-to-be-completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (by summer), preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field, from a university or university of applied sciences.
- Initial relevant work experience, for example through internships or a working student position, preferably in the consulting or project management field.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with the ability to understand and resolve complex issues, and to communicate them appropriately to different audiences.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to collaborate and support others and find solutions, combined with the motivation to continuously develop new skills and a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
- Very good written and verbal German and English skills; additional languages are a strong asset.
