**Kansoft**
is looking for a motivated and ambitious student who wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales. We’re offering a role where you actually learn a high-income skill (B2B Sales) and get paid well to do it. We are looking for a student to join us 20–40% to help build our sales pipeline.
You will be working in a dynamic, international environment, where you’ll be taught the tools and behaviors that are required to be successful in software sales.
**What you will be doing:**
- Identifying potential clients and finding the right people to talk to.
- Crafting messages that get responses (we will teach you how).
- Handling the initial outreach and handing qualified leads to our Account Executives to
- close the deal.
**Who fits this role:**
- You don't need 10 years of experience. You need to be:
- Enrolled in a university/college.
- Organized and detail-oriented (this is crucial for CRM work).
- Good with people and clear in your communication (written and verbal).
- Hungry to learn and willing to put in the effort.
- Language proficiency in German
**Contractuals:**
- Location: Remote
- Time: 1-2 days per week, fully flexible.
- CHF 1000 fixed monthly salary.
- 3% commission on contracts you help facilitate (minimum contract value of CHF 50’000.
