## Aufgaben

Responsible for IRS tax reporting using forms such as 1040, 1099, 1042-S, 8938, FinCEN Form 114, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as FATCA for natural and legal persons, as well as the correct implementation of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) / Responsible for supplementary reporting to the Federal Tax Administration (FTA) for countries such as the United States and Canada (FSTA) / Preparation of tax returns for U.S. and Swiss clients / Single point of contact for tax refund claims against third-party providers (e.g., withholding taxes) / Responsible for overseeing master data management and maintaining client data (account openings, closures) / Responsible for technical adjustments to the tax base following portfolio transfers or inheritances / Close collaboration with the senior management in the tax department and frontline staff / Conducting data controls / Ad hoc projects.

## Qualifikation

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation / Professional experience at a bank, accounting firm, or tax firm / Expertise in tax refund claims and U.S. tax reporting / Analytical mindset with a team- and service-oriented approach, as well as an interest in engaging with stakeholders / Interest in structured, independent work methods / Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions / Ability to demonstrate tactical and strategic business thinking / Interest in influencing stakeholders / Proficiency with IT, adept at using banking software and Excel / German and English.
