**Position: Test Manager (m/w/d)**

**Tasks:**

- Develop and implement integration and verification strategies for actuators in line with project plans
- Define and improve verification methodologies based on system requirements and use cases
- Oversee planning and execution of verification activities, ensuring timelines, infrastructure, budget and quality
- Coordinate and monitor test processes in collaboration with development and verification teams
- Analyze test results, assess risks, and implement quality improvement measures
- Define series production tests using risk analysis and statistical methods
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, validation managers and external partners

**Profile:**

- Degree in Software or Electrical Engineering (ETH/University/FH) with solid experience in testing complex systems (embedded software necessary)
- Strong expertise in integration and verification processes
- Practical experience with test management tools, agile methods and DevOps test automation
- Experience with ModBus-, BACnet-, NFC- Testing, Motor Testing
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Codebeamer advantegous
- ISTQB Test Manager certification is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German only advantageous
